Holly has over 16 years of experience working in Sleep laboratories as a Sleep Scientist. She holds a BSc in Sports Science and Psychology, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Paediatric Sleep Science.
Having started her sleep journey at Sir Charles Gardner Hospital working with adults, she then moved to specialise in Paediatric sleep science at Perth Children’s Hospital, gaining valuable experience across a variety of ages from infants to teenagers.
She has a wealth of knowledge and skills in the area of sleep including; diagnostics, treatment and education. For the last four years she has also held a role as Research Assistant at the UWA Centre for Sleep Science. She has a keen interest in all things sleep and is always looking to add to her existing knowledge and skills.
She appreciates the multifaceted domain of sleep science, spanning physiology, cultural, social and psychological influences. She looks forward to undertaking a Masters in the near future.
To balance out her Scientific side, Holly is an avid musician performing locally and is currently training for her first triathlon.
